Free UK Delivery as Standard
All our UK shipping costs are FREE and we aim to deliver your purchases to you within 3-5 days but this can often be sooner. Your purchase will either be shipped by Royal Mail or Courier depending on the value of your order. Details of your shipping method will be sent to you with your order despatch confirmation.
We do not currently support shipping to non UK destinations unless by prior arrangement, please call to enquire.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the unworn / unused items within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund. *Please note engraved / custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty. Earrings & body jewellery can not be returned / exchanged unless faulty due to Health & Safety reasons.
When returning goods the item(s), they should be in their original and unused condition, accompanied by the gift box, certificates (i.e. diamond / tanzanite (where appropriate) and a copy of the original purchase receipt. For your own benefit, when returning an item(s), we suggest using the same delivery method we used to send them to you. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit if the value is above £15.00.
