All items shown on this website are priced in £ sterling.
We reserve the right to change any advertised price without prior notice before you place an order.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card or Paypal.
Your payment is taken via secure server by Stripe. We have no access to your payment details, nor do we store them.

Our items are delivered free of charge, no matter how small or large your order.
This includes postage, packing and insurance. The method of delivery depends on the value of the items ordered.
Items valued up to £50.00 – Standard Royal Mail
Items valued £50.01 – £100.00 – Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For
Items valued £100.01+ – Royal Mail Special Delivery
We are only able to despatch to UK addresses at this time and unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO BOX address or secure home delivery boxes.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the unworn/unused items within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund. *Please note engraved / custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty. Earrings & body jewellery can not be returned/exchanged unless faulty due to Health & Safety reasons.
When returning an item, they should be in their original and unused condition, accompanied by the gift box, certificates (i.e. diamond/tanzanite where appropriate) and a copy of the original purchase receipt. For your own benefit, when returning an item, we suggest using the same delivery method we used to send them to you. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit if the value is above £15.00.
